Mundo Mundus was born from a dream of creating beauty and meaning in everyday life. But like so many working people, my journey has been anything but easy. After spending 15 years in divorce court, fighting a system that continues to fail women, I was exhausted. I wanted to build something new—something creative, something that would fund real change. A collection of bold, uplifting designs meant to inspire wellness, expand the mind, and empower personal identity—fueling a movement that challenges the status quo and builds a better future.

But the struggle didn’t stop there. Forced to take an entry-level corporate job just to survive, I found myself working harder than ever while being undervalued, underpaid, and witnessing firsthand the increasing exploitation of workers. At the same time, I kept getting ripped off by fellow Americans, people who should have been my allies in this fight. The weight of it all—the injustice, the inequality, the sheer exhaustion of trying to survive in a system rigged against us—made it impossible to focus on anything else.

I originally launched this company to create unique household designs, a way to blend aesthetics with purpose. But as the world around us quite literally and figuratively caught fire, I knew my focus had to shift. I could no longer ignore what was happening to all of us.

Mundo Mundus is now a movement. A platform for resistance. A space where working people—those of us who have been silenced, overlooked, and exploited—can stand together. This is for the fighters, the dreamers, and the change-makers.

One day, we will all be able to rest. But until then, we protest.
